Client support

Since 2019, we no longer advertise our company phone number for support. We can help more efficiently by working asynchronously.
Service desk
Section titled “Service desk”Most d-centralize projects have a GitLab Service Desk project to handle client support. It’s very convenient to be able to track support issues like regular issues and link them. Setup guide.
Therefore, support issues get special treatment.
By default, all incoming support issues obtain urgent priority
and team members may be included in the notification.
The first team member seeing it can try to resolve the issue by self-assigning and answering.
If it turns out the solution should be provided by someone else, re-assign the issue
to this person. If you’re unsure who to assign, leave it’s default priority urgent on
and it’ll be announced to the team in Mattermost.
