For anything that touches d-centralize infrastructure — office network, VPN, Keycloak, GitLab runners, the shared GPU box, monitoring — this is the short list:

Quick question / status check	Mattermost — #infra channel.
Account, VPN peer, Keycloak roster	Email infra@d-centralize.nl (currently aliased to Kees van den Broek). Mention what you need.
Outage / something visibly broken	#infra for visibility, then loop in infra@ if it isn’t answered within ~15 min during work hours.
Out-of-hours emergency	Same infra@ address + a Mattermost direct message — do both so it shows up regardless of which client is awake.

• Source of truth for hosts, services and runbooks lives in the infra docs at https://infra.d-centralize.nl.
• The handbook (this site) covers the developer-facing setup.
• VPN setup steps are under Services → Company VPN.
• Account / onboarding tasks are in Onboarding a new employee.

If a request will take you more than ~20 minutes to wait on, write it down (issue, comment, message thread) — async beats a forgotten ping every time.
