Full fridge
Section titled “Full fridge”When the fridge is nearing its capacity, grilled (cheese) sandwiches can be made. For this there are two requirements:
- Sufficient amounts of cheese
- More bread than normal consumption rates
Buffer
Section titled “Buffer”To ensure that there is enough bread topping, there is a supply buffer for the different toppings. The supply manager must ensure that there is enough bread topping and bread mix. The buffers were determined to be:
- 3 Cheese,
- 1 Peanut butter,
- 1 Chocolate spread,
- 1 Honey,
- 1 Syrup,
- Bread mix for at least 2 weeks.
Why do we have fruit
Section titled “Why do we have fruit”At d-centralize we all like to live a healthy life. Part of living a healthy life is eating healthy food. Hence, the fruit.
Restocking
Section titled “Restocking”- Online; We get our groceries online. Fruit can be ordered as well. Downside is that we don’t order often enough to keep the fruit fresh. So this method must be combined with the method(s) below.
- Market; Every Tuesday there is a market in Eindhoven. Fresh fruit can be bought there.
Special requests?
Section titled “Special requests?”- Google keep; We keep a collaborative shopping list. If you have any requests, just put it in there. If you don’t have access to this list, please ask a colleague.
Order online
Section titled “Order online”Groceries can be ordered online at Jumbo. When using the credentials in Bitwarden, a repeat order can be made. For payment, we get an invoice sent and the administration pays afterwards. Please remember to return empty bottles and crates over to the delivery person.
Bread mix can be ordered at Zuidmolen. Buy 1 or 2 bags of Mix voor Boerenvolkorenbrood.
